Prince Henry Punch cocktail recipe
Ingredients
- 3/4oz (22ml) rhum agricole (preferably La Favorite Blanc)
- 3/4oz (22ml) aged rum (preferably Plantation Barbados 1/2 year)
- 3/4oz (22ml) lime juice
- 1/2oz (15ml) green Chartreuse
- 1/2oz (15ml) raspberry gomme syrup
- 6 dashes Angostura bitters

Directions
- Combine all the ingredients in a mixing tin.
- Shake with ice.
- Strain into a double Old-Fashioned glass over a mountain of crushed ice.
- Garnish with mint and fruits in season.
