Directions

1. Add all ingredients to a mixing tin.

2. Shake for 8-10 seconds.

3. Double strain into a chilled pony glass.

4. Garnish with a lemon zest (discard the peel after expressing).

Strawberry Syrup

1. Place strawberries and sugar into a vessel.

2. Mix thoroughly until all strawberry pieces are well-coated in the sugar.

3. Cover the vessel and place it in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours to allow the sugar to extract the juices.

4. After 24 hours, pour the mixture into a nut milk bag or a clean tea towel over a clean container.

5. Squeeze the bag firmly to extract all the pure fruit syrup from the solids.

6. Store the syrup in the refrigerator.
