Paris Is Burning cocktail recipe

Ingredients

  • 1oz (30ml) Mezcal
  • 1oz (30ml) London Dry Gin
  • 1oz (30ml) Pineapple Juice
  • 1/2oz (15ml) Lemon Juice
  • 1/2oz (15ml) Elderflower Liqueur
  • 1/4oz (7.5ml) Simple Syrup

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients into a tin.
  2. Shake vigorously for 8-10 seconds.
  3. Double strain into a coupe or cocktail glass.
  4. Enjoy!
