Paloma

Paloma

The next cocktail that we are doing is a Paloma. The version of the Paloma that I am doing today is by far my favorite version of the Paloma because it is superior to the original and seldom seen. Little is known about the origins of the Paloma, which translates to "dove" in Spanish. Some say it was named after a popular folk song of the 1860s, and others believe it was created by a guy named Don Javier Delgado Corona at his bar La Capilla, which means "the chapel," in the 1950s.
