Directions

1. Add all ingredients to a tin.
2. Muddle the pineapple.
3. Add ice.
4. Shake 8-10 seconds.
5. Strain into a coupe or nick and Nora glass.
6. Garnish with a pineapple frond and a cube of pineapple.
