Oleato Golden Foam Espresso Martini

Directions

1. Add all ingredients to a tin.
2. Shake until combined.
3. Strain into a large coupe or cocktail glass at least 8oz.
4. Then spoon Oleato Foam onto the drink.

1. Add Warm Milk, Olive Oil and Xantham Gum to a small bowl.
2. Hit with a milk frother or blend in a blender until foamy.
3. Spoon on top of cocktail.
