Oaxaca Old Fashioned

The Oaxaca Old Fashioned was created by bartender Phil Ward in the early days of Death & Company, probably around 2007. This was just as Mezcal was being “discovered” by drinkers in the US and Europe was a very artful way of showing people that you can do more with agave spirits than just margaritas.
