Negroni Sour

1. Add all ingredients to a mixing tin.
2. Dry shake or emulsifying shake with an ice cube/cheater cube.
3. Add ice.
4. Shake for 8-10 seconds.
5. Strain into a chilled coupe.
6. Enjoy!

Acid-Adjusted Orange Juice

1. Freshly squeeze 100 milliliters of orange juice.
2. Add 3 grams of citric acid and 2 grams of malic acid to the juice.
3. Stir thoroughly until the acids are completely dissolved.
4. Store in the refrigerator.
