Morgenthaler Eggnog
I am finally getting around to recreating the legendary Jeffrey Morgenthaler eggnog, a recipe that has been on my to-do list for years. This particular version was born out of Jeffrey's time as the bar manager at Clyde Common in Portland around 2009.

Ingredients
Equipment
- Cocktail Tin
- Measuring Cup
- Ice Scoop
- Fruit Juice Squeezer
- Strainer
- GE Ice Maker
- Mixing Glass
- Bar Spoon
- Cocktail Glasses
- Mixing Glass Bar Starter Kit
Directions
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend on a low speed to fully incorporate the eggs, sugar, and dairy.
Give it a quick high-speed blitz to ensure the mixture is frothy and smooth.
Pour the mixture into a jar or bottle and chill in the refrigerator overnight.
Pour into a chilled glass.
Garnish.
