Martin Cate's Mai Tai

Marin Cate needs no introduction. He is the founder/owner of Smuggler’s Cove (among other bars in the Bay Area and San Diego) who has risen to become one of the most respected voices in the Tropical Bar Scene. He wrote the award-winning Smuggler’s Cove cocktail book which is a fantastic reference not just on tropical drinks but also a great guide to understanding rums and how they work in tropical drinks.
