- Add all ingredients except top to a blender.
- Blend.
- Transfer into a glass.
- Top with salted cream.
- Serve with spoon.
- Enjoy!
Strawberry Puree
- Add all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend it until fully blended or no chunks in it.
Strawberry Rhubarb Sorbet
- Add ingredients except sugar into a pot over low-ish heat.
- Bring to a light simmer or until rhubarb is tender.
- Transfer into a blender.
- Add sugar.
- Blend gradually until fully incorporated.
- Pour mixture into an ice cube tray.
- Freeze 10 hours or overnight.
Salted Cream
- Add ingredients into a bowl.
- Blend with a mixer, starting slow and going fast.
- Beat past the point of peaks until it has a hard texture and becomes really thick clotted cream.
