Margaritas and Cream

Directions

1. Add all ingredients except top to a blender.
2. Blend.
3. Transfer into a glass.
4. Top with salted cream.
5. Serve with spoon.
6. Enjoy!

2. Blend it until fully blended or no chunks in it.

1. Add ingredients except sugar into a pot over low-ish heat.
2. Bring to a light simmer or until rhubarb is tender.
3. Transfer into a blender.
4. Add sugar.
5. Blend gradually until fully incorporated.
6. Pour mixture into an ice cube tray.
7. Freeze 10 hours or overnight.

3. Beat past the point of peaks until it has a hard texture and becomes really thick clotted cream.
