Knickerbocker cocktail recipe
Ingredients
- 1oz (30ml) Lime Juice
- 1/2oz (15ml) Cinnamon Syrup
- 1/2oz (15ml) Raspberry Syrup
- 1/4oz (7.5ml) Creole Shrubb
- 3/4oz (22ml) Jamaica Rum (Aged Overproof)
- 3/4oz (22ml) Light Rum Blend
Garnish
Directions
Add all ingredients in a mixing tin.
Add pebble ice.
Whip shake until ice dissolves.
Dump in a chilled glass.
Add more ice.
Garnish.
Enjoy!
