Kingston Sound System
The Kingston Sound System is a Jungle Bird Riff from NYC bartender turned Spirits Educator Shannon Mustipher. Created for the bar Gladys in NYC and published in her book Tiki Modern Tropical Cocktails.
This drink originally used Soursop a fruit mainly found in the Caribbean, but it if you can’t find it you can sub pineapple juice no problem.

Directions
- Add all ingredients to a shaking tin.
- Shake 8-10 seconds.
- Strain over a big rock of ice.
- Garnish.
