Ingredients
- 1 Egg White
- 1oz (30ml) Lime Juice
- 1/2oz (15ml) Winter Melon Syrup
- 1/2oz (15ml) Rich Simple Syrup
- 3/4oz (22ml) Heavy Cream
- 1oz (30ml) Gin
- 1/2oz (15ml) Empirical The Plum I Suppose

Directions
Add all ingredients in a mixing tin.
Dry shake for 8-10 seconds.
Use milk frother.
Add ice.
Shake for 8-10 seconds.
Double strain into a glass.
Top.
