Ingredients
- 1/2oz (15ml) Bergamot Liqueur (Italicus)
- 1/2oz (15ml) Yuzu Liqueur
- 1oz (30ml) Midori
- 1oz (30ml) Gin (Japanese)
- Egg White
Garnish
Directions
Add all Ingredients to a mixing tin.
Whip shake for 8-10 seconds.
Add ice.
Shake for 8-10 seconds.
Double strain in a chilled coupe.
Garnish.
