Irish Old Fashioned

Directions

1. Add 4 dashes of bitters to an old fashioned glass.
2. Then add the sugar cube.
3. Allow bitters to soak sugar then add a splash of soda.
4. Muddle sugar until forms a grainy paste.
5. Then add the whiskey.
6. Stir with a big rock of ice.
7. Garnish with an Orange Twist.
8. Enjoy!
