The Hoodwinked was created by Devon Espinoza at the Hotel Californian in Santa Barbara. It is essentially a Jungle Bird Riff and quite a good one!

Hoodwinked cocktail recipe

Ingredients

  • 2oz (60ml) Mezcal
  • 1/2oz (15ml) Aperol
  • 1/2oz (15ml) Lemon Juice
  • 1 3/4oz (50ml) Pineapple Juice
  • 1/4oz (7.5ml) Simple Syrup

Garnish

  • Pineapple Wedge (dusted with Harrissa spice)

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients in a mixing tin.
  2. Add ice.
  3. Shake for 8-10 seconds.
  4. Double strain into a glass.
  5. Garnish.
  6. Enjoy!
