Hoffman House Fizz cocktail recipe
Ingredients
- 1/2oz (15ml) Lemon Juice
- 1/2oz (15ml) Orange Juice
- 1/2oz (15ml) Grenadine
- 2oz (60ml) Gin
- 1/2oz (15ml) Heavy Cream
- Egg White

Directions
- Add all ingredients in a mixing tin.
- Dry Shake.
- Add ice.
- Shake for 8-10 seconds.
- Double strain in a chilled glass.
- Put in a freezer to solidify the top.
- Top with soda water.
- Enjoy!
