Hanky Panky

The Hanky Panky was created by bartender Ada Coleman, who headed up the American Bar at the Savoy Hotel from 1908 until 1925. Coleman, or Coley as she was known by her regulars, served everybody from Mark Twain to the Prince of Wales while at the bar. The Hanky Panky was her signature drink and remains a favorite of the bar to this day.
