Grohl Whip cocktail recipe
Ingredients
- 1 1/2oz (45ml) Light Rum
- 1 1/2oz (45ml) Green Chartreuse ((or alternative))
- 3 oz Pineapple Juice (or 1 cup Frozen Pineapple chunks)
- 3/4oz (22ml) Coconut Milk Syrup (or Coconut Ice Cream or Cream of Coconut)
- 1/2 Banana
- 1/4 tsp Xanthan Gum

Directions
- Add all ingredients to a blender
- Blend until fully incorporated
- Strain into a chilled Poco Grande glass
- Garnish with a mint bouquet spritzed with a little absinthe mix
