Green Banana original cocktail recipe
Ingredients
- 3/4 oz (22ml) Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz (15ml) Banana Liqueur
- 1/2 oz (15ml) Banana Oleo-Saccharum
- 1/4 tsp Matcha
- 2 oz (60ml) Rum
- 1 Egg white
Garnish
Directions
- Add all ingredients in a mixing tin.
- Dry shake for 8-10 seconds.
- Add 1 large ice and 1 small cheater cube.
- Shake until cheater cube is dissolved.
- Double strain in a chilled coupe.
- Garnish.
- Enjoy!
