Gin and Pomme

The Gin and Pomme is very popular in the Philippines from what I've gathered. I couldn't find any creation details on this particular one other than that it's just a Collins-style cocktail featuring a pomelo as the citrus component. A pomelo is the ancestor to the grapefruit, but it's much less bitter and has a nice subtle sweetness to it.
