Garret Richard's Piña Colada recipe cocktail
Ingredients
- 5 drops Saline Solution (80g water 20g salt)
- 1/4 tsp Xanthan Gum
- 1/2oz (15ml) Acidulated Pineapple Juice
- 1 1/2oz (45ml) Coconut Syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- 1 1/2oz (45ml) Rum (Scarlet Ibis Rum)
- 60 g Pineapple (Frozen)
- 170 g Ice (pebble or crushed ice)

Directions
- In a blender, add all ingredients without ice and dry blend.
- Next, add the ice and blend again.
- Garnish.
- Enjoy!
