Garret Richard's Hawaiian Mai Tai cocktail recipe
Ingredients
- 1 1/2oz (45ml) Rum (Chairmans Reserve Saint Lucia Rum)
- 3/4oz (22ml) Dark Jamaica Rum (Coruba Dark Jamaica Rum)
- 1 tsp Grand Marnier
- 1 tsp Clement Creole Shrubb
- 1oz (30ml) Acid Adjusted Pineapple Juice (see note below)
- 5/8 oz Orgeat
- 5 drops Saline Solution (20% Solution)
- Spent Lime Wedge
Garnish
Acid Adjusted Pineapple Juice
Directions
- Add ingredients on a tin.
- Add ice and shake.
- Dirty dump into a double old fashioned glass with a spent lime wedge at the bottom.
- Garnish!
- Enjoy!
