Directions

  1. Add all ingredients plus one basil leaf and egg white to a shaking tin.
  2. Dry shake 30 seconds to emulsify egg.
  3. Next add a big rock of ice.
  4. Shake 8-10 seconds.

  5. Garnish.

  6. Enjoy!
