The Ellison is a very close play on the Eastside cocktail the only discernible difference really is the addition of Angostura bitters and the use of Hendrix specifically. But this drink slaps and is worthy of the list!

Directions
- Add all ingredients and 3 slices of the cucumber into a cocktail shaker,
- Give a light muddle.
- Shake 8-10 seconds until sufficiently chilled.
- Double strain into a coupe or cocktail glass.
- Garnish with the remaining three cucumber slices.
- Enjoy!
