Directions

1. Add mint, cucumber simple syrup and lime juice to a tin.
2. Muddle lightly being careful to only express the oils from the mint.
3. Add Gin, shake with ice 8-10 seconds.
4. Double strain into a chilled coupe.
5. Enjoy!
