Ingredients
- 1 1/2oz (45ml) Amontillado Sherry
- 1oz (30ml) Tequila Anejo
- 1/2oz (15ml) Amaro Nonino
- 2 Bar Spoons (10ml) Velvet Falernum
Garnish
Directions
Add all ingredients in a stirring glass.
Add ice.
Stir until sufficiently chilled.
Double strain in a chilled coupe.
Garnish.
