Cruel Summer cocktail recipe
Ingredients
- 1oz (30ml) Old Tom Gin
- 1/2oz (15ml) Gin
- 1/2oz (15ml) Creme de Banane
- 3/4oz (22ml) Lemon Juice
- 1/2oz (15ml) Black Pepper Syrup
- Egg White

Directions
- Dry shake the lemon juice and egg white in a mixing tin.
- Add other ingredients.
- Add ice.
- Shake for 8-10 seconds.
- Double strain on a chilled coupe.
- Garnish.
- Enjoy!
