Cognac Sazerac
The cognac Sazerac is basically the same thing that we just did with the rye Sazerac, but we're going to be using cognac as a base. There's just so much more body to that than the Rye Whiskey, and it also has a little bit more residual sweetness.

Cognac Sazerac cocktail recipe
Ingredients
Directions
- Add Bitters, sugar and dash of soda into a mixing glass.
- Muddle Sugar to create a fine paste.
- Add in Cognac and Ice.
- Stir until sufficiently chilled.
- Wash the inside of a Footed Rocks Glass with absinthe.
- Strain cocktail into it.
- Garnish with Lemon Twist.
- Enjoy!
