Clockwork Orange cocktail recipe
Ingredients
- 1oz (30ml) Vodka
- 1/2oz (15ml) Cointreau
- 3/4oz (22ml) Simple Syrup
- 1/2oz (15ml) Lemon Juice (fresh and strained)
- 1/2oz (15ml) Lime Juice (fresh and strained)
- 1 barspoon vanilla sugar
- 2 orange peels
- Egg white (3/4oz (22ml))

Directions
- Add main ingredients to tin
- Muddle the peels.
- Dry shake for 20-30 seconds.
- Add several average sized or one large ice cube, shake for 1 ½ seconds.
- Double strain into a chilled large coupe.
- Put in a freezer for 5-10 minutes.
- Add a dash of soda.
- Garnish with a lemon twist and cocoa powder.
