Ingredients
- 1oz (30 ml) Lime Juice
- 5 dashes Firewater Bitters
- 1/2oz (15 ml) Guava Syrup
- 1/2oz (15 ml) Pineapple Syrup
- 1 1/2oz (45 ml) Overproof Jamaica Rum (Wray & Nephew)
- 1/2oz (15 ml) Jamaica Rum (Smith & Cross)
Rim
Garnish
- Dehydrated Pineapple Slice
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a mixing tin.
- Whip shake with pebble ice until the pebbles are mostly gone.
- Pour into a glass rimmed with wander lush electric dust and top with fresh ice.
- Garnish.
