Carajillo Old Fashioned
The Carajillo Old Fashioned, a brilliant riff created by Sean O'Connor at Jay and Tony’s Discount Cured Meats and Negroni Warehouse in San Diego. I found this recipe in Michael Madrusen’s Complete Cocktail Companion, and I honestly can’t believe I didn’t think of this no-brainer combination myself.

Ingredients
Equipment
- Cocktail Tin
- Measuring Cup
- Ice Scoop
- Fruit Juice Squeezer
- Strainer
- GE Ice Maker
- Mixing Glass
- Bar Spoon
- Cocktail Glasses
- Mixing Glass Bar Starter Kit
Directions
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
Add ice to your stirring glass.
Stir until sufficiently chilled.
Strain into a rocks glass over a large tempered piece of ice.
Garnish.
