The Carajillo Old Fashioned, a brilliant riff created by Sean O'Connor at Jay and Tony’s Discount Cured Meats and Negroni Warehouse in San Diego. I found this recipe in Michael Madrusen’s Complete Cocktail Companion, and I honestly can’t believe I didn’t think of this no-brainer combination myself.

Carajillo Old Fashioned

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.

  2. Add ice to your stirring glass.

  3. Stir until sufficiently chilled.

  4. Strain into a rocks glass over a large tempered piece of ice.

  5. Garnish.

  6. Enjoy!
