Ingredients
- 8-10 Mint Leaves
- 3/4oz (22ml) Ginger Syrup
- 1/2oz (15ml) Lime Juice
- 2oz (60ml) Gin
- 1-1/2oz (45ml) Ginger Beer

Garnish
Directions
Add all ingredients except Ginger beer on a mixing tin.
Add pebble ice.
Shake until ice dissolves.
Add Ginger beer on a chilled glass.
Transfer mixture on glass.
Add ice.
Top.
Garnish.
