The Bergamot Negroni is one of my absolute favorite cocktails, and a drink that italicus goes really well in. This cocktail was created by bartender Naren Young around 2019 when he was the program director of the very famous Italian eatery and bar, Dante.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Add all contents to a rocks glass.
  2. Add a big rock of ice.
  3. Stir until chilled approximately 4 ½ seconds.
  4. Garnish with an Orange Peel.
  5. Enjoy!
