Bergamot Garibaldi cocktail recipe
Ingredients
- 1 1/2oz (45ml) Italicus
- 1/2oz (15ml) Gin
- 1 1/2oz (45ml) Tonic Water
- 1 1/2oz (45ml) Grapefruit Juice (Ruby Red)
- 1 Barspoon Simple Syrup

Directions
- Add simple syrup, italicus and gin to a chilled highball glass.
- Add Grapefruit juice to a high speed blender and blend until fluffy.
- Pour into highball glass and top with Tonic.
- Garnish with a dehydrated grapefruit.
- Enjoy!
