The Bahia sling was created by award winning bartender and restaurateur Ran Duan for the Baldwin Bar at Sichuan Garden around 2015. He’s behind bar programs nominated for James Beard Awards and Spirited Awards.

Bahia Sling cocktail recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2oz (45ml) Cachaca (Avua)
  • 1/2oz (15ml) Creme de Cacao (Tempus Fugit)
  • 3/4oz (22ml) Passionfruit Syrup
  • 1oz (30ml) Lime Juice

Garnish

  • Orchid
  • Mint Sprig

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaking tin.
  2. Shake for 8-10 seconds.
  3. Pour that straight into a glass.
  4. Garnish.
  5. Enjoy!
