- 1 1/2oz (45ml) Sfumato Rabarbaro
- 1/2oz (15ml) Luxardo Bitter Rosso
- 1/2oz (15ml) Lemon Juice
- 1oz (30ml) Pineapple
- 3/4oz (22ml) Simple Syrup
- 1 Egg White
