Amaretto Bitter cocktail recipe
Ingredients
- 1 oz (30ml) Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Rich Simple Syrup (2:1)
- 3/4 oz (22ml) Jamaica Rum (Overproof)
- 1/4 oz (7.5ml) Aperol
- 1 1/2 oz (45ml) Amaretto
- 1 Egg White
Garnish
Directions
- Add all ingredients in a mixing tin.
- Dry shake.
- Add ice.
- Shake for 8-10 seconds.
- Double Strain in a coupe.
- Garnish.
- Enjoy!
