Amalfi Coastline cocktail recipe
Ingredients
- 1 oz (30 ml) Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz (15 ml) Passionfruit Syrup
- 1/4 oz (7.5 ml) Simple Syrup
- 1/2 oz (15 ml) Aperol
- 1 1/2 oz (45 ml) Lemon Gin
- 4 dashes Fee Foamer
Top
Garnish
- Freeze-Dried Blood Orange Wheel
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a mixing tin.
- Dry shake to foam.
- Add ice.
- Shake for 8-10 seconds.
- Double strain into a chilled coupe.
Top with Prosecco.
- Garnish.
