Ingredients
- 1tsp Simple Syrup
- 3/4oz (22ml) Lemon Juice
- 1/2oz (15ml) White Creme de Cacao
- 1/2oz (15ml) Lillet Blanc
- 1 1/2oz (45ml) Gin
Top
Lychee Foam
Directions
Add all ingredients in a mixing tin.
Add ice.
Shake for 8-10 seconds.
Double strain in a chilled coupe.
Float the foam.
Spritz a lemon peel and discard.
Enjoy!

Add all ingredients into an ISI Whipper.
Shake.
Put into refrigerator for and hour.
