This cocktail is very simple and great for people who don't want to put a ton of effort into their drinks but still want something impressive. The aquafaba adds a slightly nutty flavor that works quite well with the lemon and scotch. It produces an impressive, foamy head that stays stable. Just make sure to use an atomizer for the absinthe to get an even coating on the glass.

Morning Glory Fizz

Ingredients

Top

Garnish

Aquafaba (Faba Foamer)

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients except Top to a mixing tin.

  2. Shake to emulsify.

  3. Add ice.

  4. Shake for 8-10 seconds.

  5. Double strain into a 9 oz highball glass coated with an absinthe spritz.

  6. Enjoy!

Aquafaba (Faba Foamer)

  1. Add one tablespoon of the Faba Frmer powder to one cup of water.

  2. Mix thoroughly until the powder is dissolved.

  3. If the powder has hardened into clumps, crush them with a spoon.

  4. Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
