Giny Germain cocktail recipe
Ingredients
- 3 inches Cucumber (diced)
- 3/4 oz (22ml) Simple Syrup
- 3/8 oz (10ml) Lemon Juice
- 3/8 oz (10ml) Lime Juice
- 3/4 oz (22ml) Elderflower Liqueur
- 1 1/2 oz (45ml) Gin
- 1 pc Egg White
Garnish
Directions
- Add all ingredients in a mixing tin.
- Add ice.
- Shake for 8-10 seconds.
- Double strain on a chilled coupe.
- Garnish.
- Enjoy!
