A prohibition-era sour using honey in place of simple syrup giving it a much richer mouthfeel and warmer flavor.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Gin
- 3/4 oz Honey Syrup
- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
- Shake with ice for 8-10 seconds.
- Strain into a cocktail glass or coupe.
- Enjoy!
