I wasn’t able to find too much on the Batida Rosa other than that it’s a very traditional Brazilian drink, Aaaaand that’s about it. It has been reconstructed by many well known bartenders over the years including Jeffrey Morganthaler and it’s also listed on difford’s guide. I’m not sure if these are “original specs” but this seems to be one of those cocktails whose recipe changes depending on region.
