- 500 g Caster Sugar
- 120 g Blueberries
- 200 g Strawberries
- 120 g Mango
- 2 tbsp Guava Jelly or 120g fresh Guava or papaya but it must be very ripe
- 1/2 tsp Hibiscus Dried
- 1/4 cup Passion Fruit Purée
Instructions
- Sous vide at 135 for 2 hours
