The Bahia sling was created by award winning bartender and restaurateur Ran Duan for the Baldwin Bar at Sichuan Garden around 2015. He’s behind bar programs nominated for James Beard Awards and Spirited Awards.

- 1/2 oz Creme de Cacao Tempus Fugit
- 3/4 oz Passionfruit Syrup
- 1 oz Lime Juice

It’s nice to have another cocktail to use my aged Cachaca in. This one has a nice balance of tart and sweet and an interesting flavor profile which I quite like. Also, I’m a sucker for a good Passionfruit cocktail.
