A very satisfying Daiquiri Variation from Attaboy Nashville
This drink was created in 2018 by Attaboy (Nashville) bartender Riley Perrin and I must say it is a wonderful drink, probably not created for, but definitely appropriate in this season. It also satisfies my growing obsession with Piña Colada variations. I had the chance to stopping at Attaboy last time Was in Nashville and although I knew what I was in for as far as service and quality, I was very happy with the experience and definitely recommend to anyone to stop in and have a drink.
I was also pretty taken with Nashville itself, I got to stroll along what I guess is referred to as “The District” where different bands are literally performing in every bar all down the street and people are out partying. It was a good time and I’m hoping to go back soon to explore. I know in this episode I said I’d post some more tidbits about Nashville but honestly, I’d rather, experience it and fill you guys in. So stay tuned! I plan on a return trip!

Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Rum Gosling’s
- 1 oz Pineapple Juice
- .5 oz Lime Juice
- .5 oz Coconut Cream
- 1 bar spoon Sugar Cane Syrup
Garnish
Instructions
- Add ingredients to tin
- Add shaking ice and shake for 8-10 seconds
- Fine strain into chilled glass
- Garnish with Lime Wheel
