Ingredients
- 1 oz Chile Liqueur
- 1 oz Blanco Tequila
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz Demerara Syrup
Instructions
- Add ingredients in a mixing tin.
- Add ice.
- Shake for 8-10 seconds.
- Serve in a chilled coupe.
- Enjoy!

Just made this. Shocked to see no one has commented yet. I love it. Great for when you don’t have agave but still want something tequila based. (This house is partial to tequila/mezcal).. We tried Mono Dorado from Diffords – it was subpar (still drinkable, just lacked personality). This was spot on! Thanks Mate!
