Ingredients

1 oz Lemon Juice
1 tsp Rich Simple Syrup 2:1
3/4 oz Jamaica Rum Overproof
1/4 oz Aperol
1 1/2 oz Amaretto
1 Egg White

Garnish

Amaretto Cookie

Instructions

Add all ingredients in a mixing tin.
Add ice.
Shake for 8-10 seconds.
Double Strain in a coupe.
Garnish.
Enjoy!
